In 1979 Sam began his career in Civil Engineering and worked as an Engineer until 1982 in England. After returning to the United States, Sam started working as a project manager and obtained a General Contractor licence.

After successfully working as a Project Manager/General Contractor, he was able to build over 2.0 million square feet of warehouse and offices, he also purchased and managed over 2.5 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties and sold 1.5 million square feet warehouse portfolio to a Reit.

Sam acted as a director of the Community Bank of Broward and served on the Loan Committee for 13 years. Later, he expanded into multifamily in Florida and Georgia acquiring over 2000 distressed apartments and achieved great returns.

Today Sam continues to invest in Multifamily and Self storage facilities.
